Sutton said it gives agents “ultimate control” and if they don’t wish to alter their default commission settings, it’s just “business as usual”.

“The agents will have ultimate flexibility over what commission to set. It can reduce costs so agents can compete with other agents and offer a better deal, and control a price that best suits their clients.”
